friendly staff useful gym convenient location
The staff was really friendly and always ready to help I noticed the gym was a great bonus I used the equipment every day The location was superb close to transport The breakfast had many options I enjoyed varied choices each morning
I noticed the lifts were often busy I sometimes waited a while especially during peak hours

The location was acceptable, near many attractions and public transportation.
The reception staff seemed unhelpful and lacked knowledge of the area. It was difficult to get directions. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. I wasn't informed about this at check-in.

The breakfast buffet was very diverse! It offered many choices each morning. The staff showed very nice support to marathon runners. They even gave me flowers. The location provides convenient access to monuments and museums.
The lifts seemed slow. There was often a wait to use them.

convenient location friendly staff wide selection clean rooms
The location is convenient, close to bus and metro stops. The staff members were very friendly. Breakfast included many choices. Rooms were very comfy and tidy. I found the children's area a nice feature, and it seemed well kept for families. The hotel provided everything I needed . The location was near many places I wanted to visit.
I noticed street lights were somewhat dim on the walk from Spittlemarkt station to the hotel at night.

convenient location quiet room
The hotel is near the main tourist spots, museums, and a metro station. The maid service was good and kept the room tidy. I appreciated the hotel's location near the metro station and a bus stop. There is also a supermarket close by. I found the room very quiet .
The room key was taken by the cleaner. This happened even with the "Please do not disturb" sign on the door. This raised concerns about guest security.

The breakfast offered a wide variety. It could suit many tastes, no matter where you are from. I enjoyed having breakfast while watching the world go by outside. The breakfast was delicious and it had a beautiful view.
