The reception staff seemed unhelpful and lacked knowledge of the area. It was difficult to get directions. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. I wasn't informed about this at check-in.

The location is convenient, close to bus and metro stops. The staff members were very friendly. Breakfast included many choices. Rooms were very comfy and tidy. I found the children's area a nice feature, and it seemed well kept for families. The hotel provided everything I needed . The location was near many places I wanted to visit.
I noticed street lights were somewhat dim on the walk from Spittlemarkt station to the hotel at night.

The hotel is near the main tourist spots, museums, and a metro station. The maid service was good and kept the room tidy. I appreciated the hotel's location near the metro station and a bus stop. There is also a supermarket close by. I found the room very quiet .
The room key was taken by the cleaner. This happened even with the "Please do not disturb" sign on the door. This raised concerns about guest security.
